Consultants), PSS provides quarry survey, volumetrics,
quarry design and geological modeling (Surpac) services.
The project involved both operational and proposed final
restoration design schemes for the extraction and processing
of glass sand.

Providing geological 3D modeling services to James
Associates on behalf of Scottish Coal for a large opencast
coal operation in Ayrshire. The project involved the
utilisation of geological, topographical land survey
and proposed excavation designs to generate 3-dimensional
models for geological interpretation and geotechnical
stability assessment.

Dale View Quarry, Matlock, Derbyshire
PSS provides routine up-date quarry surveys, volumetric
analysis and setting out services for the Dale View
dimensional stone quarry. Additional services include
geological modeling, quarry design, (Excavation profiles,
access ramp designs, in pit and above ground tipping
profiles) volumetrics and 3D visualisations for proposed
future quarry developments.
