Proposed extension to an existing industrial estate,
Northumberland
A detailed model of the existing site was produced
and photographs of the existing buildings were superimposed
onto the model. Three alternative development schemes
were modelled and added to the existing base model to
demonstrate the potential visual impact of the proposals.
3D animations were produced to enable a variety of viewpoints
to be assessed.

Creation of a model to illustrate the potential impact
of a proposed waste water treatment plant on the existing
landform. The model was used to demonstrate the subtlety
of the scheme to the planning authority and was also
used in a public exhibition.

Survey and modelling of multiple seam horizons, detailed
phasing and excavation designs, storage of waste materials,
production of volumetric analysis and 3D realtime animated
fly-over and 'time-lapse' views at various stages of
quarrying.
